Our Role


  • Feasibility & Market Analysis: Senior housing demand study to validate unit mix (independent, assisted, memory care).
     
  • Site Planning & Renderings: Produce a full concept site plan and professional 3D renderings to demonstrate design, layout, green space, and community integration.
     
  • Entitlements & Approvals: Handle zoning, healthcare compliance, and permitting.
     
  • Design & Construction: Lead design development, cost modeling, and serve as construction manager for delivery.
     
  • Investor Outreach: Package site plan, renderings, and financial models into an investor-ready deck.
     
  • Property Management: Operate and manage the facility through our property management arm (leasing, staffing, maintenance, resident services).
