- Complex Renovation Scope: Managing multiple phases of work while keeping the project aligned with regulatory requirements and community expectations.
Our Role:
- Strategic Construction Guidance: Oversaw every phase of the renovation, from initial planning through active construction, troubleshooting issues in real time.
- Construction Partner: Facilitated a construction team consisting of Boyd's Property Solutions as construction manager, and Crimson Roofing as roofing contractor.
- Project Oversight: Construction , budget tracking, and milestone reporting ensured the client remained informed and confident at every step.
